Gamo K1 Special Edition CO2 Air Pistol. The first thing that will strike you as significant when you see the Gamo K1 Special Edition CO2 Air Pistol (as endorsed by Doug Koenig an all round shooting world champion) is the fact that it is strikingly different from the rest of the Gamo CO2 Air Pistol range. The colour treatments and the composition is nothing like anything that Gamo has done before. Not just because of this, there are other things to consider to, but it does cause one to ask if there is something going on at Gamo and if indeed they are positioning themselves to do a whole lot of new things. I for one have to say that I am excited about the development and that the K1 CO2 Air Pistols appeals to me on a whole host of fronts.

With a firing velocity of around 400 feet per second, and coming in the standard .177 calibre, this semi-automatic CO2 Air Pistol impresses right from the word go. The CO2 cannister has around an 80 shot capacity and it is loaded with an 8 shot magazine, which is pretty standard. The trigger is both a single and double action and it is fitted with trigger safety. Because of the precision rifled steel barrel and the tactical rail on which you can mount either a scope or a laser, this pistol is accurate. Even at 10 meters you will still be able to group better than what you would with most.

This is one that would be great for any one who is an enthusiast and enjoys shooting a really great air pistol. There is a special running on the Gamo Online site where you can buy one for under R1300 with some extra’s thrown in.
